During the week of Dec. 5th, every student in P2-P8 took part in the Hour of Code global movement and completed at least an hour of code. From programming robots to reach targets, creating animated stories and coding various fuzzy balls to move through increasingly difficult mazes to creating their own games, students were excited to take part in the Hour of Code.

With technology changing every industry on the planet, computing knowledge has become part of a well-rounded skillset.  At TISA, we think it's important to be teaching computer science. With more STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) resources appearing in the new year, the Hour of Code was a huge success in Primary getting students to see how accessible and fun computer science can be.
