CEESA MS Girls Basketball Tournament Baku
It's been a long time coming - TISA hosted its first-ever CEESA Sports Tournament! This was an exciting time for the school - warmly welcoming 4 sister CEESA schools: AAS Bulgaria, PSI Kyiv, KIS Kyiv, AAS Moscow. The competition was tough but our very young team battled it out to the end, coming in the 5th place. The fantastic feedback from coaches and visiting athletes about the genuine sense of community at TISA was unanimous and is something we can all be proud of.

CEESA HS Girls Basketball Tournament Prague
Our HS Girls TITANS team travelled to Prague to compete in the CEESA HS Girls Basketball Tournament. This was a particularly tough 3-day event as many of our opponents are club-level players. Many other participants came to congratulate us on our strength and willingness to fight for every point. CEESA no longer has an award for Sportsmanship, however, Prague wanted to recognise the TITANS for their exemplary show of team spirit. Cyriella (DP1) was selected to play in the All-Stars match for her exceptional basketball skills.

CEESA HS Boys Basketball Tournament Skopje
The TITANS HS Boys Basketball team travelled to Skopje, Macedonia last weekend where they showed camaraderie, sportsmanship and a hugely positive attitude throughout. Despite the fierce competition, the TITANS showed their strength, skills and fighting spirit to the last second. Despite coming in last, Coach Ruslan and the boys did not come out of the competition defeated. Instead we have a game plan already for the next year’s tournament. Our team cheered on their competitors so passionately during the finals that they caused the whole stadium to join in and the energy was electric. Joachim (DP1) was selected to play in the All-Stars match.
